Historical

In October 1997 we decided to acquire the old school buildings at Kampenhout-Relst.
Through a extended renovation project they were transformed to office buildings. The whole complex was dismantled upto the support structure, isolated with the NV ISolatie Verhoeven products and finalised with the necessary aesthetic finishes to obtain comfortable, modern an ready for use office units.

This whole project was executed taking care ino preserving the character of the building. Not by accident we often find training companies or HR-managers within our tenant database. The link to the "Old School" is often made.

In the middle of a green area, this office complex offers one of the most quiet working environments in the region, at a stone's throw from Brussels airport and the cities of Brussel-Louvain-Mechelen. This is the biggest added value of this project.

We also whish to expand the existing free space on this lot with additional units in the near future.

Modular rental of the Units

Opposed to a lot of business centres, the interior has been completely finished.
